Current Aslan holdings include apartment units worth over $220 million, market value. The company builds more than 1,000 new apartment units each year, with projects now under construction or development totaling approximately $803 million.

Founded by Greg Evans in 1996, privately owned Aslan Ventures employs 50 people in eight southern states. The company is organized into four divisions, each targeting a clearly defined market:

With a combined 47 years of experience in design and construction management, Jim Gray and Keith Faver have done it all: large mixed-use projects, office buildings, data centers, retail, parking decks, multi-family and condominium projects included.
